What does full swimming pool service include? |

Once each week, we perform the following services:
- Brushing tile, water line, steps, walls, ladders, and any place an automatic cleaner miss!
- Skimming the entire surface of the swimming pool!
- Vacuuming - If automatic pool cleaner installed, we will vacuum the pool as necessary!
- Empty pool pump baskets & skimmer baskets (as well as leaf traps, if applicable)!
- Check all pool chemicals and adjust, as required for optimum performance to maintain a clean, clear and inviting swimming pool!
- Visually inspect all swimming pool equipment for malfunctions and leaks!
- Cartridge Filters are cleaned when the Filter Gauge reads 5 to 7 lbs above start-up pressure (included with monthly service)!

How often should the water be changed in my Swimming Pool? |

How often do my pool filters need to be cleaned? |
| A. |
From new or freshly cleaned, we record the start-up pressure and clean the filters whenever the pressure rises between 5-7 psi above the recorded start-up pressure. This typically occurs between 4-6 times per year (in most cases). We provide this service at no additional cost with monthly service! |

How often do filter cartridges need to be replaced? |

In most cases every 2-3 years, but we acid wash them at least once a year to extend the life of the filters. |
